You have 15 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a product exchange.
Exchanges are allowed if the product is in pristine condition and accompanied by the purchase receipt. Exchanges will not be processed without a receipt.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return and resend the product. Èlios will notify you of the cost via email.
It is crucial to ensure the safe transport of the product to prevent damage or loss, as this responsibility falls on you until it arrives safely at our location.
If Èlios is responsible for delivering faulty products, or if there were errors during order processing or damages occurred during shipping, we will cover the full cost of the replacement, including return and reshipping.
